2. Setup and Activation
2.1 Battery and SIM Card Installation
Before initial use, ensure the battery and SIM card are correctly installed.
- Remove the battery cover from the back of the radio.
- Insert the provided SIM card into the designated slot. Ensure proper orientation as indicated on the device.
- Insert the 3000mAh battery into the compartment.
- Replace the battery cover, ensuring it clicks securely into place.

2.2 ODmaster App Download and Registration
The ODmaster app is essential for managing your TD-G18 radios, including group creation and call history. Download the app using the QR codes below or from your device's app store.

- Download and install the ODmaster app on your smartphone.
- Open the app and register for a new account using your phone number or email address.
- Log in to your newly created account.
2.3 Device Binding and Group Creation
Bind your TD-G18 radio to your ODmaster account and create communication groups.
- In the ODmaster app, navigate to the "Program" or "Device" section.
- Select "Add PoC Radio" and follow the on-screen instructions to scan the QR code displayed on your TD-G18 radio's screen.
- Once bound, you can create new groups or join existing ones within the app. Add friends or team members to these groups for secure and organized communication.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Basic Operation
- Power On/Off: Long press the red power button on the radio to turn it on or off.
- Volume Control: Use the up/down arrow buttons on the front panel to adjust the speaker volume.
- Menu Navigation: Use the green menu button to access settings and options. Use the arrow buttons to navigate and the red button to confirm selections.

3.2 Push-to-Talk (PTT) Function
The PTT button is located on the side of the radio.
- To transmit, press and hold the PTT button. Wait for a brief moment before speaking to ensure your message is not cut off.
- Speak clearly into the microphone.
- Release the PTT button to stop transmitting and listen for a response.
3.3 Communication Modes
- Single Call (One-on-One): Initiate private conversations with a specific user within your network.
- Group Call: Communicate with all members of a pre-defined group.
- Mass Call: Broadcast messages to all members across multiple departments or groups.

3.4 App Communication
The ODmaster app allows you to communicate with your radios even if you don't have a physical unit, as long as you have a cellular signal.
- Use the app to talk to individual radios or entire groups.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Battery Charging
- Charge the radio using the provided USB-C cable and charging adapter.
- The battery can be charged while installed in the radio or separately.
- A full charge provides up to 7 days of standby time or all-day talk time.

4.2 Cleaning and Storage
