4. Setup and Installation

These speakers are designed for easy flush mounting in ceilings or walls. Follow these steps for proper installation:

4.1. Planning and Preparation

• Choose a suitable location in your ceiling or wall, avoiding studs, joists, or electrical wiring.
• Ensure there is sufficient clear space behind the mounting surface for the speaker depth (approximately 9cm / 3.54 inches).
• Use the provided cutout template to mark the exact cutting area.

4.2. Mounting the Speakers

1. Remove the Speaker Grill: Gently pry off the magnetic speaker grill using a small flat-head screwdriver or a thin tool.

2. Cut the Mounting Hole: Using the cutout template, carefully cut a circular hole in the ceiling or wall. The recommended cut-out diameter is 8.07 inches (20.5 cm).
3. Connect Speaker Wires: Run speaker wires from your amplifier to the mounting location. Connect the positive (+) wire (red) to the red terminal and the negative (-) wire (black) to the black terminal on the speaker. Ensure a secure connection.

4. Insert and Secure the Speaker: Carefully insert the speaker into the cutout hole. The spring-loaded mounting clips will automatically engage and secure the speaker to the mounting surface.
