- Do not soak the dispenser in water. While the device is IPX6 water-resistant, it is not designed for submersion.
- Do not tilt or invert the product during operation or storage to avoid damage to internal components or leakage.

- Avoid using highly corrosive liquids or thick, gel-like soaps that may clog the dispenser mechanism.

Setup
1. Charging the Dispenser
The dispenser is equipped with a 3000mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Before first use, or when the battery indicator on the display shows low power, charge the device.
- Locate the Type-C charging port, usually found on the top or back of the device, protected by a rubber cover.
- Open the rubber cover and connect the provided USB data cable to the dispenser and a suitable USB power adapter (not included).
- The display will indicate charging status. A full charge ensures long-lasting use.

2. Filling with Soap
The dispenser has a 320ml capacity. It is compatible with most liquid soaps, including dishwashing soap, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, or facial cleanser. For optimal foaming, we recommend using a standard hand soap that is not too thick or gel-like. Dilution with water may be necessary for thicker soaps.
- Twist the top section of the dispenser counter-clockwise to separate it from the soap reservoir.
- Pour your desired liquid soap into the reservoir. Do not overfill.
- If using a concentrated soap, dilute it with water according to the soap manufacturer's instructions or until it reaches a suitable consistency for foaming. A common ratio is 1 part soap to 3-5 parts water. Gently swirl to mix, do not shake vigorously.
- Align the top section with the reservoir and twist clockwise to secure it firmly.
Operation
1. Dispensing Soap
The dispenser features an automatic touchless sensor for hygienic operation.
- Ensure the dispenser is powered on.
- Place your hand under the nozzle. The intelligent sensor will detect your hand.
- The dispenser will automatically dispense a pre-set amount of foam soap.

2. Adjusting Foam Output
The dispenser offers 5 gear liquid output adjustments to suit different preferences and scenarios.
- Locate the adjustment button or touch area, typically near the display.
- Press or tap the button/area to cycle through the 5 different foam output levels. The current level may be indicated on the intelligent display.
- Select the desired output level for your needs.

Maintenance
Cleaning
- Wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
- If the nozzle becomes clogged, gently clean it with a small brush or cotton swab.
- Regularly clean the soap reservoir when refilling to prevent residue buildup.
Refilling
Refer to the 'Filling with Soap' section under Setup for instructions on how to refill the soap reservoir.
Troubleshooting
- Dispenser not working: Ensure the device is charged. Check if the soap reservoir is properly filled and secured.
- No foam or weak foam: The soap may be too thick; try diluting it with water. The nozzle might be clogged; clean it as described in the Maintenance section.
- Sensor not detecting hand: Ensure there are no obstructions in front of the sensor. Make sure your hand is placed directly under the nozzle within the detection range.
- Leakage: Ensure the top section is securely twisted onto the reservoir. Do not tilt or invert the dispenser.
