4. Assembly Instructions

The KASUE Portable Sauna is designed for quick and easy assembly, typically taking around 3 minutes. No tools are required.

1. Assemble the Frame: Connect the opaque steel components using the three-way interfaces and corner connectors to build the sturdy stainless steel frame. Ensure all connections are secure.
2. Install the Sauna Cover: Drape the sauna cloth cover over the assembled frame. Ensure it fits snugly and the zippers are aligned.
3. Connect the Steamer: Place the fumigation machine (steamer) outside the sauna tent. Connect one end of the clear hose to the steamer and the other end to the steam box inside the sauna tent. Ensure the steam box is securely placed on the waterproof floor.
4. Optional Red Light Installation: If desired, attach the red light strip to the internal frame using the provided Velcro straps. Plug the red light strip into a power source.
5. Position the Chair: Place the folding chair inside the sauna tent for comfortable seating.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Fill the Steamer: Open the lid of the fumigation machine and fill it with water. Do not exceed the maximum fill line. You may add essential oils, herbs, or other suitable additives to the steam box for an enhanced experience.
2. Power On: Plug the steamer into a standard electrical outlet.
3. Set Temperature and Time: Use the control panel on the steamer or the remote control to select your desired temperature level (P1-P9, with P9 being the highest) and set the timer (up to 99 minutes).
4. Preheat: Allow the steamer to preheat for approximately 5-10 minutes until steam begins to fill the sauna tent.
5. Enter the Sauna: Once the sauna is adequately steamy, open the zipper, enter, and sit comfortably on the folding chair. Close the zipper completely to retain heat.
6. Enjoy Your Session: Relax and enjoy your sauna session. Use the remote control to adjust settings as needed without exiting the tent.
7. Exit and Cool Down: When your session is complete or the timer runs out, carefully exit the sauna. Allow your body to cool down gradually.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and hygiene of your sauna.

• After Each Use: Wipe down the interior waterproof floor and walls with a clean, dry cloth to remove any moisture or condensation.
• Steamer Cleaning: Periodically clean the interior of the steamer to prevent mineral buildup. Unplug the steamer, allow it to cool, and then drain any remaining water. Wipe the interior with a damp cloth.
• Storage: When not in use, ensure the sauna tent is completely dry. Disassemble the frame and fold the tent flat for compact storage in a cool, dry place.

7. Troubleshooting

• No Steam Production: Ensure the steamer is filled with water above the minimum level and below the maximum level. Check that the power cord is securely plugged in and the unit is turned on with a timer set. Verify the lid is tightly closed.
• Insufficient Heat: Confirm the temperature setting is at a higher level (e.g., P9). Ensure all zippers on the sauna tent are fully closed to prevent heat loss.
• Remote Control Not Working: Check the batteries in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the steamer unit.
• Water Leakage: Verify that all hose connections are secure and the steam box is correctly positioned. Ensure the steamer lid is properly sealed.
