2. Safety Information

- Always wear a helmet and other protective gear (knee pads, elbow pads) while riding.
- Do not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Observe all local traffic laws and regulations.
- Avoid riding in heavy traffic, at night, or in poor weather conditions (rain, snow, ice).
- Maintain a safe distance from other vehicles and pedestrians.
- Do not perform stunts or sudden maneuvers.
- Ensure the scooter is fully charged and all components are secure before each ride.
- The maximum load capacity is 264 lbs (120 kg). Do not exceed this limit.
- This scooter is designed for individuals aged 14 and above.
Battery Safety:
- Use only the original charger provided with the scooter.

5. Assembly and Setup
The MAXSHOT V1 Electric Scooter comes largely pre-assembled. Follow these steps to prepare your scooter for its first ride.
- Unfold the Scooter:
- Place the scooter on a flat surface.
- Release the folding latch located near the base of the handlebar stem.
- Carefully lift the handlebar stem until it locks into the upright position. Ensure the latch is securely engaged.

- Attach Handlebars (if detached):
- Align the handlebars with the stem and slide them into place.
- Secure them using the provided screws and tools. Ensure they are tightened firmly.
- Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the scooter's battery. Refer to the "Charging" section for detailed instructions.
- Safety Check: Before every ride, check the brakes, tire pressure (if applicable, V1 has solid tires), and ensure all bolts and quick releases are tight.
6. Charging
The MAXSHOT V1 Electric Scooter is equipped with a 36V/5.2Ah battery. A full charge takes approximately 3-4 hours.
- Locate the charging port on the scooter.
- Ensure the scooter is powered off before charging.
- Connect the charger to the charging port, then plug the charger into a standard wall outlet.
- The indicator light on the charger will typically turn red during charging and green when fully charged.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the charger from the wall outlet first, then from the scooter.
Important: Do not leave the scooter charging unattended for extended periods. Always charge in a well-ventilated area.

7. Operating Instructions
Power On/Off:
- To power on, press and hold the power button on the display panel.
- To power off, press and hold the power button again until the display turns off.
Riding the Scooter:
- Place one foot firmly on the deck and push off with the other foot to gain initial momentum (kick-start).
- Once moving, gently press the throttle lever with your thumb to accelerate.
- To brake, release the throttle and gently squeeze the brake lever on the handlebar. The scooter features a dual braking system (drum brake and EABS regenerative anti-lock braking) for effective stopping.
- To activate the headlight, press the headlight button on the display or via the app.

Cruise Control:
To activate cruise control, maintain a consistent speed for a few seconds. The scooter will beep, and the cruise control icon will appear on the display. To deactivate, press the brake lever or throttle.
8. Vicont App Control
Enhance your riding experience by connecting your MAXSHOT V1 Electric Scooter to the Vicont mobile application.
- Download the App: Search for "Vicont" in your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android) and install it.
- Pairing:
- Ensure your scooter is powered on and Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
- Open the Vicont app and follow the on-screen instructions to search for and connect to your scooter.
- App Functions: The Vicont app allows you to:
- Lock/Unlock the scooter.
- Set customized maximum speed limits.
- Control the headlight.
- Activate/deactivate cruise control.
- Switch between different gear modes.
- Monitor battery level and riding time.
- Access fault detection system information.

9. Folding and Storage
The MAXSHOT V1 features a one-step folding mechanism for convenient storage and portability.
- Ensure the scooter is powered off.
- Locate the folding latch at the base of the handlebar stem.
- Press the safety button and pull the folding latch to release the stem.
- Carefully fold the handlebar stem downwards until it clicks into place, securing it to the rear fender.
- To unfold, reverse the process, ensuring the stem is securely locked in the upright position before riding.
Store the folded scooter in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
10. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your MAXSHOT V1 Electric Scooter.
