Important Safety Instructions

Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the air fryer and all its components from the packaging. Remove any stickers or labels.
- Initial Cleaning: Wash the air fryer baskets and cooking trays with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.
- Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of clear space around the back and sides of the appliance to allow for proper air circulation. Do not place it directly under cabinets.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet.
- First Use (Burn-in): It is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 180°C (350°F) before first use to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight odor may be present, which is normal and will dissipate.
Operating Instructions
The Nutricook Dual Basket Air Fryer features a touch control panel for easy operation.
Basic Operation:
- Power On: Plug in the appliance. The power button will illuminate. Press the power button to turn on the display.
- Select Basket: The appliance has two independent baskets. Select the upper or lower basket by pressing the corresponding basket selection button on the control panel.
- Choose Cooking Program: Select one of the 10 pre-set cooking programs (Airfry, Bake, Roast, Reheat, Grill, Fries, Nuggets, Pizza, Fish, Samosa) by pressing the program icon. The default time and temperature for that program will display.
- Adjust Time and Temperature: Use the temperature and time adjustment buttons (up/down arrows) to modify the settings as needed. The temperature range is 80°C to 200°C.
- Start Cooking: Press the start/pause button to begin the cooking process.
- Pause/Resume: During cooking, you can press the start/pause button to pause the process. Press it again to resume.
- Shake Reminder: For some programs, the appliance may beep and display a 'SHAKE' reminder. Pull out the basket, shake the food, and reinsert the basket to continue cooking.
- End of Cooking: The appliance will beep several times when the cooking cycle is complete. Carefully remove the food.
Using Sync Finish:
The Sync Finish function allows two different foods, cooked with different settings, to finish cooking at the same time.
- Place food in both baskets.
- Select the upper basket and choose its cooking program, time, and temperature.
- Select the lower basket and choose its cooking program, time, and temperature.
- Press the 'Sync Finish' button. The air fryer will automatically adjust the start times for each basket so they complete cooking simultaneously.
- Press the start/pause button to begin.
Using Dual Cook:
The Dual Cook function allows both baskets to cook with the exact same settings.
- Place the same type of food in both baskets.
- Select either the upper or lower basket and set your desired cooking program, time, and temperature.
- Press the 'Dual Cook' button. The settings from the first basket will be mirrored to the second basket.
- Press the start/pause button to begin.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.
- Before Cleaning: Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
- Baskets and Trays: The air fryer baskets and cooking trays are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn food residue, soak the baskets in warm soapy water for about 10 minutes before cleaning.
