2. Important Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or property damage.

• Mount this safe to the floor for stability.
• Always follow proper gun safety procedures when handling firearms.
• Keep the safe away from heat sources and do not install it in a location where it may be exposed to extreme temperatures or humidity.
• Store emergency keys in a secure location away from the safe and out of reach of children.
• Ensure the safe is securely installed to prevent unauthorized removal.

4. Setup and Installation

The INTERGREAT Wall Gun Safe is designed for installation between standard wall studs (16-inch on center). It can also be mounted on the outside surface of a wall or secured to the floor.

4.1. Wall Installation

For optimal security and discretion, install the safe between wall studs. Ensure the chosen location is free of electrical wiring, plumbing, or other obstructions.

1. Prepare the Wall: Locate two adjacent wall studs with 16-inch spacing. Mark the outline of the safe's exterior dimensions on the wall.
2. Cut the Opening: Carefully cut an opening in the drywall or other wall material according to your markings.
3. Insert the Safe: Slide the safe into the prepared opening. Ensure it fits snugly and is flush with the wall surface.
4. Secure the Safe: Use the provided expansion bolts to secure the safe to the wall studs. There are pre-drilled holes inside the safe for this purpose.
5. Concealment (Optional): The safe can be hidden behind a painting or within a closet for enhanced discretion.

4.2. Battery Installation

The safe requires 4 AAA batteries (not included) to power the electronic lock. Ensure batteries are installed correctly before first use.

1. Locate the internal battery compartment on the lower left corner of the safe.
2. Press the battery compartment cover and take out the battery compartment.
3. Place 4 AAA batteries into the battery compartment according to the markings (+/-). The side with the spring is the negative electrode.
4. Close the battery compartment cover.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Unlocking the Safe

The safe offers three methods for unlocking:

1. Digital Keypad: Enter your programmed password on the keypad.
2. Fingerprint Recognition: Place your registered fingerprint on the sensor.
3. Emergency Key: In case of battery failure or forgotten password, use the emergency key to manually open the safe.

5.2. Setting Your Password

To ensure security, it is highly recommended to set a new password as soon as you use this wall safe for the first time.

1. After the safe is unlocked and the battery is installed, press and hold the PROGRAM button (located inside the safe) until you hear a beep and the keypad lights up.
2. Enter your new password (the password should be 3-8 digits).
3. Press and release the PROGRAM button to confirm the password.
4. If the password is set successfully, the blue light will blink twice, accompanied by two beeps.
5. To test your new password, keep the door open. Lightly press the keypad to wake it up, then enter the new password to test if it was set successfully. If your new password does not work, please repeat the password setting steps.

5.3. Internal Organization

The safe features adjustable shelves and door pockets for versatile storage.

• Adjustable Shelves: The three removable shelves can be adjusted up or down to accommodate items of various heights.
• Door Pockets: The inside of the door includes pistol pockets, a zippered pocket, and ammunition pockets for smaller items.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the exterior and interior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
• Battery Replacement: Replace batteries annually or when the low battery indicator appears to ensure continuous operation of the electronic lock.
• Key Storage: Keep emergency keys in a safe, separate location, known only to trusted individuals.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1. Anti-Theft Alarm

The safe is equipped with a security smart alarm system:

• If an incorrect password is entered 3 times in a row, the system will activate a continuous warning beep for 60 seconds.
• Any significant movement or bumping of the safe may also trigger the alarm.
• To stop the alarm, enter the correct user code and press "#" to confirm, or power off the system.
