4. Controls and Indicators

Familiarize yourself with the speaker's controls:

• Power Button: Press and hold to power on/off. Short press to play/pause.
• Volume Up (+): Short press to increase volume. Long press for next track.
• Volume Down (-): Short press to decrease volume. Long press for previous track.
• Mode Button (M): Short press to switch between Bluetooth, USB, and AUX modes.
• RGB Light Button: Short press to change RGB lighting modes.
• Charging Port: USB-C port for charging.

5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the speaker's charging port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.

• The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging.
• Charging time is approximately 2.5 hours.
• The indicator light will change or turn off once fully charged.

5.2 Powering On/Off

To power on the speaker, press and hold the Power Button for approximately 3 seconds. You will hear an audible prompt. To power off, press and hold the Power Button again for 3 seconds.

5.3 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth mode. If not, short press the Mode Button (M) until you hear the Bluetooth pairing prompt. The indicator light will flash, indicating it's ready to pair.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
3. Search for "Volkano Neptune" in your device's Bluetooth settings.
4. Select "Volkano Neptune" to connect. Once paired, you will hear a confirmation sound, and the indicator light will stop flashing.

The speaker will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on.

5.4 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

TWS allows you to connect two Volkano Neptune speakers for a stereo sound experience.

1. Ensure both Volkano Neptune speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
2. On one of the speakers (this will be the primary speaker), double-press the Power Button. You will hear a prompt indicating TWS pairing mode.
3. The two speakers will automatically search for and connect to each other. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound.
4. Now, connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in section 5.3. Both speakers will play audio in stereo.

To disconnect TWS, double-press the Power Button on either speaker.

6. Operating

6.1 Playing Audio

• Bluetooth Mode: Once paired, play audio from your connected device. Use the speaker's Power Button for play/pause, and Volume +/- buttons for volume adjustment and track navigation.
• USB Mode: Insert a USB flash drive (up to 128GB) into the USB port. The speaker will automatically switch to USB mode and begin playing audio files. Use the speaker's controls for playback.
• AUX Mode: Connect an audio device using a 3.5mm AUX cable (not included) to the AUX input. Short press the Mode Button (M) to switch to AUX mode. Control playback from your connected device.

6.2 Answering Calls

When connected via Bluetooth to a smartphone, the speaker can be used for hands-free calls.

• Answer Call: Short press the Power Button.
• End Call: Short press the Power Button again.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds.

6.3 RGB Lighting Control

The Volkano Neptune speaker features dynamic RGB lighting. Short press the RGB Light Button to cycle through different lighting modes or to turn the lights off.

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the speaker's exterior. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or chemical agents.
