Maintenance

1. Cleaning

Wipe the power bank with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or liquids directly on the device. Ensure ports are free from dust and debris.

2. Storage

Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and high humidity. For long-term storage, ensure the power bank has at least a 50% charge to preserve battery health. Recharge every 3-6 months if not in use.

3. Battery Care

To prolong the overall lifespan of the battery, avoid fully discharging the power bank regularly. It is best to recharge it when the battery level is low rather than waiting for it to completely deplete.

Troubleshooting

  • Device Not Charging: Ensure the power bank is sufficiently charged. Check all cable connections for security and proper insertion. For wireless charging, ensure proper alignment of your device with the MagSafe ring and confirm your device is MagSafe compatible.
  • Slow Charging: Verify that your device and the cable used are rated for fast charging. Charging multiple devices simultaneously may reduce individual charging speeds. Disconnect other devices to test if speed improves.
  • Power Bank Not Charging: Ensure the charging cable and power adapter are functional. Try a different cable or adapter. Check the USB-C input port for any obstructions or damage.
  • Overheating: If the power bank or your device becomes excessively hot during charging, disconnect it immediately. Ensure proper ventilation and avoid charging in direct sunlight or confined spaces. The power bank includes built-in overheat protection, but extreme conditions can still cause issues.
  • Magnetic Attachment Issues: If the MagSafe connection feels weak, ensure your phone case (if any) is MagSafe compatible. Thick or non-magnetic cases can interfere with the magnetic hold and wireless charging efficiency.
