Setup

1. Battery Installation

The LEXiBOOK Tweety Night Light Alarm Clock requires 3 AA/LR6 batteries (not included). Ensure you have these batteries ready before proceeding.

1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the alarm clock.
2. Using a small screwdriver, open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert 3 new AA/LR6 batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Replace the battery compartment cover and secure it with the screw.

2. Initial Time Setting

After installing batteries, the LCD screen will activate. You will need to set the current time.

1. Press and hold the "Time Set" button (often marked with a clock icon) located on the back of the unit.
2. While holding the "Time Set" button, use the "+" and "-" buttons on the front or side to adjust the hours.
3. Release and press the "Time Set" button again to switch to minute adjustment. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the minutes.
4. Release the "Time Set" button to confirm the time.

Operating Instructions

1. Setting the Alarm

To set your desired wake-up time:

1. Press and hold the "Alarm Set" button (often marked with a bell icon) on the back of the clock.
2. While holding the "Alarm Set" button, use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the alarm hour.
3. Release and press the "Alarm Set" button again to switch to minute adjustment. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the alarm minutes.
4. Release the "Alarm Set" button to confirm the alarm time.

2. Choosing Alarm Sounds and Ringtones

The clock offers 6 unique Tweety-inspired ringtones and 6 sounds. To select your preferred alarm sound:

1. After setting the alarm time (as described above), press the "Alarm Set" button once more. The display will show "AL01" (or the current alarm sound number).
2. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to cycle through the available alarm sounds (AL01 to AL06) and ringtones (R01 to R06). Each selection will play a short preview.
3. Once you hear your desired sound, stop pressing the buttons. The clock will automatically save your selection after a few seconds.

3. Adjusting Alarm Volume

You can adjust the volume of the alarm to your liking:

1. While in the alarm sound selection mode (after setting the alarm time and pressing "Alarm Set" again), press the "Alarm Set" button one more time. The display will show "VOL01" (or the current volume level).
2. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to increase or decrease the volume level.
3. The clock will automatically save your selection after a few seconds.

4. Night Light and Snooze Function

The Tweety figure on top of the clock doubles as a night light and the snooze button.

• Activating Night Light: Press down on the Tweety figure to illuminate it. Press again to turn it off.
• Snooze: When the alarm sounds, press down on the Tweety figure to activate the snooze function. The alarm will pause for a few minutes before sounding again.
• Stopping Alarm: To completely stop the alarm, press the "Alarm Set" button on the back of the clock.

5. LCD Screen Backlight Control

You can choose to keep the LCD screen backlight on or off during the night for optimal comfort.

• Refer to the specific button (often a dedicated light button or a combination press) on the back or side of the clock to toggle the LCD backlight.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

To keep your alarm clock in good condition:

• Wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish.

2. Battery Replacement

When the low battery indicator appears on the screen, it's time to replace the batteries.

• Follow the battery installation steps outlined in the "Setup" section.
• Always replace all 3 AA/LR6 batteries at the same time with new ones.
• Dispose of old batteries responsibly according to local regulations.
