1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the BOSWELL Glass Air Fryer. This appliance is designed to provide a healthier way to cook your favorite foods, utilizing 360° hot air circulation for even cooking with little to no oil. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure safe and optimal operation.

2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and promotional labels from the air fryer.

3. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate space (at least 4 inches) around the appliance for proper ventilation. Do not place it directly against a wall or under cabinets.
4. Assembly: Insert the metal rack into the glass cooking basket. Slide the assembled basket into the main unit until it clicks securely into place.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Preheating

Preheating is recommended for best results, especially for foods that require a crispy exterior.

1. Place the empty glass cooking basket into the air fryer.
2. Press the power button to turn on the appliance.
3. Set the desired temperature (e.g., 380°F) and time (e.g., 5 minutes) for preheating.
4. Press the Start button. The air fryer will begin preheating.

1. Place food in the glass cooking basket. Do not overfill.
2. Press the power button.
3. Select the desired preset (e.g., "Chicken Wing", "Fries", "Steak", "Seafood", "Bake"). The appliance will automatically set the optimal time and temperature.
4. Press the Start button to begin cooking.
5. Shake or flip food halfway through cooking for even results, if necessary. The transparent bowl allows monitoring without opening.
6. The air fryer will beep when cooking is complete. Carefully remove the basket using insulated gloves.

5.3 Manual Cooking

For custom recipes or specific cooking needs, use the manual mode.

1. Place food in the glass cooking basket.

7. The air fryer will beep when cooking is complete. Carefully remove the basket.

7. Maintenance and Cleaning

7.1 Cleaning the Glass Bowl and Rack

• Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
• Remove the glass cooking basket and metal rack from the main unit.
• The glass bowl and metal rack are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
• For stubborn food residue, soak the bowl and rack in warm, soapy water for 10-15 minutes before cleaning.
• Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling.

7.2 Cleaning the Main Unit

• Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
• Never immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
• Clean the heating element gently with a soft brush if necessary, ensuring the unit is unplugged and cool.
