5.1. Creating Custom Bags
The built-in bag cutter allows you to create custom-sized bags from a roll, minimizing waste.

- Open the lid of the vacuum sealer.
- Place the bag roll into the designated storage area.
- Pull out the desired length of bag material.
- Slide the cutter across the bag material to cut it.
- Place one end of the cut bag into the sealing area and press the 'Seal Only' button to create the bottom seal.
5.2. Vacuum Sealing Food
This machine offers various modes for optimal preservation of different food types.

Moist Mode:
For foods with moisture content, such as fresh meats or marinated items. This mode ensures a strong seal without drawing liquids into the vacuum pump.
- Place the food item into the vacuum bag, ensuring the open end is clean and dry.
- Position the open end of the bag into the vacuum channel, under the bag positioning clamp.
- Close the lid firmly until it latches.
- Press the "Moist" button.
- Select "Gentle/Normal Pressure" and "Single/Double Line Sealing" as desired. Double line sealing is recommended for moist foods for enhanced security.
- Press the vacuum button to start the process. The machine will automatically vacuum and seal.
Dry Mode:
Ideal for dry goods like nuts, grains, or baked goods. This mode provides efficient vacuuming and sealing.
- Place the dry food item into the vacuum bag.
- Position the open end of the bag into the vacuum channel, under the bag positioning clamp.
- Close the lid firmly until it latches.
- Press the "Dry" button.
- Select "Gentle/Normal Pressure" and "Single/Double Line Sealing" as desired.
- Press the vacuum button to start the process.
5.3. External Vacuum Function
Use the external vacuum function to remove air from vacuum canisters or other compatible containers.

- Insert the smaller end of the vacuum hose into the accessory port on the side of the vacuum sealer.
- Connect the other end of the hose to the vacuum port on your canister or container.
- Select "Canister" mode on the vacuum sealer.
- Press the "Enter" button to start the external vacuum process.
- Once vacuuming is complete, disconnect the tube from both the sealer and the canister.
5.4. Sealing Chips and Snacks
The machine can also be used to reseal opened bags of chips or snacks to maintain freshness.
- Ensure the bag opening is clean and free of crumbs.
- Place the open end of the bag into the sealing area, ensuring it is flat and smooth.
- Close the lid firmly until it latches.
