Troubleshooting
| Issue | Possible Cause / Solution |
|---|---|
| Camera does not power on | Battery is depleted or not installed correctly. Charge batteries fully and ensure they are properly inserted. |
| Poor video quality (not 4K) | Ensure video resolution settings are set to 4K in the camera's menu. Lighting conditions can also affect perceived quality. |
| Video appears distorted (fisheye effect) | Some wide-angle lenses inherently produce a slight fisheye effect. Check camera settings for any distortion correction options. |
| Short recording time | Battery may not be fully charged, or recording at higher resolutions (e.g., 4K) consumes more power. Ensure both batteries are charged. |
| Back clip broke | The clip is designed for secure attachment. Avoid excessive force when attaching or detaching. Contact customer support for replacement parts if needed. |
| Files not transferring to computer | Ensure USB cable is securely connected. Try a different USB port or cable. Verify the Micro SD card is properly inserted and recognized by the computer. |
