Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Regularly clean the feeder to prevent mold and bacterial growth. Use mild soap and water, ensuring all parts are thoroughly rinsed and dried before refilling with bird food.
2. Food Refilling
Keep the 1.25L bird seed container topped up with appropriate bird food. The feeder also includes sections for fruit, mealworms, nuts, and water.
3. Solar Panel Care
Ensure the solar panels are clean and free from obstructions like snow or debris to maintain optimal charging efficiency. The weatherproof design (IP65) allows for year-round outdoor use.

Troubleshooting
- Connectivity Issues: If the feeder fails to connect to Wi-Fi, ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz network. Some routers require manual configuration to enable or prioritize 2.4GHz.
- Camera Not Holding Charge: Verify that the solar panels are clean and receiving direct sunlight. If issues persist, fully charge the camera using the USB cable indoors. Ensure the charging cable and adapter are functioning correctly.
- Squirrels Not Deterred: While the AI detection and alarm are effective, some bold squirrels may require additional measures. Ensure the feeder is placed in an area where the alarm sound is not obstructed.
- Poor Video Quality: Check your Wi-Fi signal strength at the feeder's location. A strong 2.4GHz signal is crucial for optimal 2.5K video streaming.
- No Notifications: Confirm that PIR detection is enabled in the Outinput app and that app notifications are allowed in your phone's settings.
