Setup and Assembly

Attaching Stabilizers

Attach the front and rear stabilizer bars to the main frame using the provided bolts and tools. Ensure they are securely tightened to provide a stable base for the bike. The front stabilizer includes transport wheels for easy movement.

Pedal Installation

Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Screw each pedal into its corresponding crank arm. Ensure they are tightened firmly to prevent loosening during use.

Seat and Handlebar Adjustment

Insert the seat post and handlebar post into their respective slots on the main frame. Use the adjustment knobs to set the desired height and forward/backward position for the seat, and the height for the handlebars. Ensure all knobs are securely tightened before use.

Console Setup

Attach the LCD monitor to the handlebar post. Connect the sensor wire from the bike frame to the back of the console. The console is powered by batteries (not included) and will display workout data.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

The LCD monitor will automatically power on when you begin pedaling. It will power off automatically after a period of inactivity to conserve battery life.

Adjusting Resistance

The bike features infinitely adjustable friction resistance. Turn the red knob clockwise to increase resistance for a more challenging workout, and counter-clockwise to decrease resistance. To quickly stop the flywheel, press down firmly on the red knob.

Using the LCD Monitor

The multi-function LCD monitor displays various workout data. Use the 'MODE' button to cycle through different metrics such as time, distance, speed, calories burned, and heart rate (if connected to a compatible sensor). The 'SET' button allows you to set target values for your workout, and 'RESET' clears current workout data.

App Synchronization
