Setup and Assembly
Your MXV Fireplace TV Stand will arrive in two separate packages, each with its own tracking number. If you receive one package before the other, please wait for the second package to arrive. Detailed assembly instructions are included with your product. Assembly typically takes approximately 2 hours with 1-2 people.

Operating the Electric Fireplace
The integrated 36" electric fireplace offers both aesthetic appeal and functional heating. It can heat up to 400 square feet and features overheat protection, being CSA/ETL certified.

- Fireplace Not Heating: Check if the unit is plugged in securely. Verify the temperature setting is above the current room temperature. Ensure the fan is operating.
