1. Important Safety Instructions
Please read all instructions carefully before using this electric fireplace heater. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or personal injury.
- Ensure the voltage rating on the appliance matches your local power supply.
- Do not operate the heater with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified service agent.
- Keep combustible materials such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 1 meter (3 feet) from the front, sides, and rear of the heater.
- Do not use the heater in bathrooms, laundry areas, or similar indoor locations where it may come into contact with water.
- Always unplug the heater when not in use.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust openings in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- The heater has an automatic overheat protection system. If the heater overheats, it will automatically shut off. Unplug the heater, allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes, and then plug it back in.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove the heater from its packaging. Retain the packaging materials for future storage or transport. Inspect the heater for any signs of damage. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer support.
3.2 Placement
Place the heater on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance around the heater (at least 1 meter from combustible materials). Do not place it directly under a power outlet. The heater is designed for freestanding use.
3.3 Power Connection
Plug the power cord into a grounded 220-240V AC, 50Hz electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet is not overloaded with other high-power appliances.
3.4 SmartLife App Setup (Optional)
To utilize the smart features, download the 'SmartLife' app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to pair your TRESKO TKSFE heater with your home WiFi network. This typically involves:
- Creating a SmartLife account.
- Adding a new device (select 'Heater' or 'Fireplace').
- Following the app's prompts to connect to your WiFi network.

4. Operation
The TRESKO TKSFE heater can be operated using the integrated LCD control panel, the included remote control, or the SmartLife mobile application.
4.1 Control Panel (LCD Screen)
The LCD screen on the unit displays current settings and allows direct control. Use the touch buttons adjacent to the screen to power on/off, adjust temperature, set the timer, and change flame effects.

4.2 Remote Control
The remote control provides convenient access to all functions from a distance. Ensure the remote has working batteries and is pointed towards the heater's receiver.
- Power Button: Turns the heater on or off.
- Flame Effect Button: Adjusts the brightness of the LED flame effect (4 levels).
- Heating Mode Button: Cycles through heating modes (ECO, Night, Continuous).
- Thermostat/Temperature Buttons: Adjusts the desired room temperature.
- Timer Button: Sets the operating duration.
- Child Lock Button: Activates/deactivates the child lock function.

4.3 SmartLife App Control
Once paired, the SmartLife app allows you to control all heater functions from your smartphone, even when you are away from home. This includes power, temperature, heating modes, flame effect, and timer settings. Voice control integration with smart home systems may also be available.
4.4 Heating Modes
The heater offers three distinct heating modes:
- ECO Mode: Optimizes energy consumption while maintaining a comfortable temperature.
- Night Mode: Operates at a reduced noise level for undisturbed sleep, with a dimmed display.
- Continuous Mode: Provides consistent heat output up to 2000W for rapid room warming.

4.5 Flame Effect Adjustment
The LED flame effect can be adjusted to four different brightness levels to suit your preference and ambient lighting conditions. Use the dedicated button on the remote or control panel to cycle through the options.

4.6 Thermostat and Timer
Set your desired room temperature between 5°C and 35°C using the thermostat controls. The integrated timer allows you to program the heater to turn off automatically after a set period, enhancing convenience and energy efficiency.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
Always unplug the heater and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Do not immerse the heater in water.
5.2 Storage
When not in use for extended periods, store the heater in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging. Ensure the power cord is neatly wrapped and not kinked.
