5.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your DELTA 3 Classic. Connect the AC charging cable to a wall outlet and to the AC input port on the power station. The display will indicate charging status.

5.2 Connecting the 220W Solar Panel

  1. Unfold the 220W solar panel and position it in direct sunlight.
  2. Connect the solar charging cable to the solar panel's output port.
  3. Connect the other end of the solar charging cable to the solar input port on the DELTA 3 Classic.
  4. Ensure the connections are secure. The display will show the solar input wattage.

6. Operation

6.1 Powering On/Off

Press and hold the main power button to turn the DELTA 3 Classic on or off. The display screen will illuminate upon activation.

6.3 X-Boost Feature

The X-Boost feature allows the DELTA 3 Classic to power appliances requiring up to 3600W, even though its rated output is 1800W. This is achieved by reducing the voltage and current, making it suitable for most heating appliances. This feature is automatically enabled when the output exceeds 1800W.

6.4 Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS)

When connected to an AC wall outlet, the DELTA 3 Classic can function as an Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS). In the event of a power outage, it automatically switches to battery power in less than 10 milliseconds, ensuring continuous operation for connected devices like computers, servers, or medical equipment.

7. Charging

7.1 AC Charging (X-Stream Fast Charging)

The DELTA 3 Classic features X-Stream technology for ultra-fast AC charging. It can charge from 0% to 80% in approximately 45 minutes and to 100% in about 60 minutes.

7.2 Solar Charging

Utilize the included 220W solar panel for clean, renewable energy charging. The charging time will vary based on sunlight intensity and panel orientation.

7.3 Car Charging

The DELTA 3 Classic can be charged using a car charger. Connect the car charging cable to your vehicle's 12V cigarette lighter port and to the car charging input on the power station. An optional EcoFlow 500W Alternator Charger can achieve 0-80% in 1.8 hours.

7.4 Generator Charging

The unit is compatible with generators for charging. Refer to your generator's manual for proper connection and safety guidelines.

8. Maintenance

8.1 Battery Care

The DELTA 3 Classic uses LiFePO4 battery cells, known for their longevity and safety. These batteries are rated for over 3500 cycles to 80% capacity and 6500 cycles to 50% capacity, providing over 10 years of daily use.
