4. Charging the Mouse
The UGREEN Wireless Mouse features a built-in rechargeable battery. To charge the mouse:
- Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port (1) on the front of the mouse.
- Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
- The indicator light (6) will show charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 140 hours of use.
Note: The mouse can be used while charging.

5. Connectivity and Setup
The mouse supports dual connection modes: 2.4GHz wireless via USB receiver and Bluetooth 5.4.
5.1. 2.4GHz Wireless Connection
- Locate the 2.4 GHz USB receiver in the storage slot (10) at the bottom of the mouse.
- Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
- Turn on the mouse using the Power On/Off switch (8) at the bottom.
- Press the Connection Mode/DPI Switch Button (5) until the indicator light (6) glows green. The mouse will automatically connect to your device.
5.2. Bluetooth 5.4 Connection
- Turn on the mouse using the Power On/Off switch (8) at the bottom.
- Press the Connection Mode/DPI Switch Button (5) until the indicator light (6) glows blue.
- On your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone), enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
- Select "UGREEN Mouse" from the list of available devices to pair.
- The indicator light (6) will stop flashing and remain solid blue once connected.
Note: For Windows 10+ systems, automatic pairing simplifies setup in approximately 3 seconds.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1. Button Functions
- Left Button (2): Standard click function.
- Right Button (3): Context menu function.
- Scroll Wheel (4): Scroll up/down. Pressing the scroll wheel acts as a middle click.
- Forward/Backward Buttons (7): Navigate forward or backward in web browsers or file explorers.
- Connection Mode/DPI Switch Button (5): Short press to cycle through DPI settings. Long press to switch between 2.4GHz and Bluetooth connection modes.
Note: The Forward/Backward buttons are not compatible with macOS. The middle click (scroll wheel press) is not compatible with Ubuntu, macOS, or iOS.
6.2. DPI Adjustment
The mouse offers 5 adjustable DPI levels for precise control or rapid movement:
- 800 DPI
- 1200 DPI
- 1600 DPI
- 2000 DPI
- 4000 DPI
To change the DPI setting, short press the Connection Mode/DPI Switch Button (5). The indicator light (6) will flash briefly to indicate the change.

9. Troubleshooting

- Mouse not responding:
- Ensure the mouse is powered on (switch 8).
- Check battery level and charge the mouse if necessary.
- For 2.4GHz connection, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port and the mouse is in 2.4GHz mode (green indicator).
- For Bluetooth connection, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device, the mouse is in Bluetooth mode (blue indicator), and it is paired correctly. Try re-pairing if needed.
- Try connecting the mouse to a different USB port or a different device to rule out port or device issues.
- Cursor movement is erratic or inaccurate:

- Connection drops frequently:
