- Turn one burner control knob to the "HIGH" position.
- Press and hold the electronic igniter button until the burner ignites.
- Once ignited, release the igniter button.
- If the burner does not ignite within 5 seconds, turn the knob to "OFF", wait 5 minutes, and repeat the process.
- Repeat for the second burner if desired.
3. Temperature Control
The grill features independently adjustable 8,000 BTU burners, allowing for precise heat control. Use the control knobs to adjust the flame intensity from low to high. The built-in thermometer on the lid provides an approximate internal temperature reading.

- For stubborn residue, use warm soapy water and a non-abrasive brush or sponge.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry before next use.
2. Cleaning the Grease Management System
The grill is designed with a two-part grease management system: a primary catcher for food debris and a secondary oil pan for grease. Regularly clean both components to prevent flare-ups and maintain hygiene.

- Dispose of accumulated grease and food particles responsibly.
- Wash both components with warm, soapy water.
