Anti-Tipping Strap Installation
After assembling the cabinet, securely attach the anti-tipping straps to the back of the cabinet and to a wall stud using the provided hardware. This is a critical safety step.
Operating Instructions
Drawer Operation
The file cabinet features silent sliding rails for smooth and quiet drawer operation. To open, gently pull the bar handle. To close, push the drawer firmly until it is fully seated.
File Organization
Each drawer is equipped with adjustable hanging rods to accommodate various file sizes. You can configure the rods to hold Letter, A4, or Legal size hanging file folders.
- Adjusting Rods: To adjust, lift the rod slightly from its slot and reposition it to the desired width for your file type. Ensure both ends of the rod are securely seated in the grooves.
- File Types: The drawers can be set up for A4 + Letter, A4 + A4, Letter + Letter, or Legal + Letter configurations.
Top Surface Use
The sturdy top surface of the cabinet is designed to support a printer, scanner, or other office essentials. Ensure the weight placed on the top does not exceed 33 lbs (15 kg).
Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the cabinet surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the engineered wood finish.
- Spills: Immediately wipe up any spills to prevent moisture damage.

Troubleshooting
