Setup

1. Battery Installation

Your Energizer PRO-260 LED Headlamp requires three (3) AAA alkaline batteries. These are typically included with your purchase.

  2. Open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert three AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2. Adjusting the Head Strap

The headlamp features an adjustable elastic strap for a comfortable and secure fit.

  • Place the headlamp on your head.
  • Use the adjustable buckles on the strap to tighten or loosen it until it fits snugly without being too tight.
  • Ensure the headlamp unit is centered on your forehead.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off and Light Modes

The Energizer PRO-260 features multiple light modes and 'Next Push Off' technology for ease of use.

  • Power Button: Press the power button once to turn the headlamp on.
  • Cycling Modes: With the headlamp on, press the power button repeatedly to cycle through the available light modes: High Spot, Low Spot, High Wide, Low Wide, Low, and Red Light for night vision.
  • Next Push Off Technology: After a few seconds in any mode, the next press of the power button will turn the headlamp off, preventing you from cycling through all modes unnecessarily.
  • Smart Dimming: Some modes allow for smart dimming, adjusting light intensity from 100% down to 10%.

2. Pivoting Head

The headlamp unit can be pivoted up or down to direct the light beam precisely where needed.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

  • The head strap is washable. Remove the headlamp unit from the strap before washing.
  • Wipe the headlamp unit with a damp cloth as needed. Do not submerge the unit in water.

2. Battery Care

  • Replace all three AAA batteries at the same time for optimal performance.
  • Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries.
  • Remove batteries if the headlamp will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.
