Setup Guide
- Charge the Camera: Before initial use, fully charge the camera's internal battery using the provided USB cable.
- Download the App: Search for the companion mobile application (e.g., "UBox" as seen in product images) on your smartphone's app store and install it.
- Register Account: Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new user account.
- Add Device: In the app, select "Add Device" or a similar option. The app will guide you through connecting the camera to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Ensure your Wi-Fi signal is strong at the installation location.
- Insert Memory Card (Optional): If using local storage, carefully insert a compatible Memory Card (up to 128GB) into the designated slot on the camera.
- Mount the Camera:
- Choose a location with ample sunlight exposure for the solar panel and a clear view of the area you wish to monitor.
- Use the provided mounting bracket and hardware to securely attach the camera to a wall or other stable surface.
- Adjust the solar panel to maximize sun exposure. The camera's design allows for flexible positioning of the solar panel relative to the camera unit.
- Test Functionality: After mounting, use the app to verify live view, motion detection, two-way audio, and pan/tilt functions.
Operating Instructions
Live View and Recording
Access the live video feed through the mobile app. You can manually initiate recordings or rely on motion-activated recording settings.
Pan, Tilt, and Zoom (PTZ)
Use the controls within the mobile app to remotely adjust the camera's viewing angle. The camera supports 360° horizontal pan and vertical tilt, along with digital zoom, to cover a wide area without blind spots.
Motion Detection and Alerts
The camera utilizes PIR motion detection and AI human detection to minimize false alarms. When motion is detected, you will receive instant notifications on your phone. The camera can also activate its 500-lumen spotlights and a 110 dB siren to deter intruders.
Color Night Vision
The integrated 500-lumen LED spotlights enable full-color night vision, providing clear and detailed images even in low-light conditions. You can switch between infrared mode (spotlight off) and color mode (spotlight on) via the app.
Two-Way Audio
Utilize the built-in microphone and speaker for two-way communication. This allows you to speak to individuals near the camera, such as delivery personnel or family members, directly from your smartphone.
Multi-User Sharing
The camera system supports multi-user sharing, allowing you to grant access to family members or trusted individuals to view live feeds and receive alerts through their own devices.
Maintenance
