- Electrical Safety: Ensure the appliance is connected to a grounded outlet. Do not immerse the motor base in water or other liquids.
- Placement: Allow the unit to stand upright for 24 hours after receipt before use. Ensure a minimum distance of 6 inches (15 cm) is maintained between the unit (top, left, right, and back) and any cabinets or walls to allow for adequate heat dissipation.
- Ingredient Safety: Do not add ice, solid, or hot ingredients directly into the tank. This can damage the machine.
- Children: Keep the appliance out of reach of children.
- Maintenance: Always unplug the machine before cleaning or performing any maintenance.

Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the machine and all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
- Initial Placement: Place the machine on a stable, flat surface. Ensure the required 6-inch (15 cm) clearance around the unit for proper ventilation.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the detachable tank and drip tray parts with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth.
- Assembly: Reassemble the tank and drip tray components onto the motor base. Ensure the auger is correctly installed in the tank.

Operating Instructions
Making a Slushie
The FOHERE Slushie Machine uses instant freeze technology, eliminating the need for pre-made ice. Simply add your liquid ingredients and select a mode.
- Prepare Ingredients: Ensure your liquid ingredients are chilled (below 60°C) for optimal results. Do not add solid fruit pieces or ice directly.
- Add Liquid: Pour your desired liquid into the 2.6L (88 oz) tank.
- Select Mode: Use the intuitive control panel to select one of the 5 pre-set modes: Slush, Milkshake, Frappe, Spiked Slush, or Frozen Juice. Each mode is optimized for specific drink consistencies.
- Start Operation: Press the start button. The machine will begin the freezing process, typically taking as little as 15 minutes.
- Serve: Once the desired consistency is reached, dispense your frozen drink using the tap.

Sugar-Free Recipes
This machine is compatible with sugar-free recipes using allulose or other recommended substitutes to achieve the ideal texture. This allows for healthier frozen treats.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your slushie machine.
Automatic Self-Clean Function
- Initiate Self-Clean: After use, ensure the tank is empty or contains only water. Hold the Preset button for 3 seconds to start the cleaning mode.
- Cleaning Cycle: All indicators will flash clockwise for 5 minutes, indicating the cleaning cycle is active.
- Drain and Rinse: After the cycle, drain the water. For best results, rinse the tank with clean water.
Manual Cleaning and Dishwasher Safe Parts
- Detachable Components: The tank and drip tray parts are detachable and dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning.
- Motor Base: Wipe the exterior of the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water.
- Drying: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and storing the machine.
