Display Configuration

The Acer Premium 13-in-1 Docking Station supports various display modes depending on your operating system and laptop's capabilities.

Windows Laptops (MST Mode)

For Windows laptops, the docking station supports Multi-Stream Transport (MST) technology, allowing for extended desktop mode across multiple independent displays.

  • Triple 4K @ 30Hz Output: Achievable with compatible Windows laptops/GPUs supporting Display Stream Compression (DSC).
  • Dual 4K @ 60Hz Output: Supported for most configurations.
  • Mirror Mode (SST): All connected displays show the same content.
  • Extended Mode: Each display shows independent content, expanding your desktop workspace.

macOS Systems (SST Mode)

Due to macOS system limitations, only mirroring (SST) is supported across multiple displays. Extended desktop mode is not available on Mac.
