Setup and Assembly
The BESTFIRE Tabletop Gas Grill requires minimal assembly. Follow these steps to prepare your grill for use:
- Attach the Legs: Securely attach the four detachable legs to the bottom of the grill. Ensure they are stable and the grill is level.
- Install Heat Plates and Cooking Grates: Place the heat plates over the burners, then position the stainless steel cooking grates on top.
- Connect Gas Source: The grill features dual connections for flexibility.
- For large gas cylinders (e.g., 20lb propane tank), use the appropriate regulator and hose (included) to connect to the grill's main gas inlet.
- For small gas canisters (e.g., 1lb propane canister), connect directly to the secondary inlet or use the provided adapter if necessary.
Always ensure all connections are tight to prevent gas leaks. Perform a leak test with soapy water before first use and after any gas cylinder change.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your grill.
- After Each Use: Allow the grill to cool completely. Remove the cooking grates and heat plates. Clean them with a grill brush and warm soapy water.
- Grease Tray: The removable grease tray should be emptied and cleaned after each use to prevent grease buildup and potential flare-ups.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe down the stainless steel exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners that can scratch the surface.
- Storage: When not in use, ensure the grill is clean and dry. The locking lid and stainless steel handle facilitate safe transportation and storage.
