6. Operating Instructions
6.1. Priming the Sprayer
- Ensure the suction tube is in the paint.
- Turn the Prime/Spray valve to the "Prime" position.
- Turn on the sprayer. The pump will start to draw paint.
- Once paint flows smoothly from the drain tube, turn off the sprayer.
- Turn the Prime/Spray valve to the "Spray" position.
6.2. Adjusting Pressure
The sprayer features three adjustable pressure levels (low, medium, high) via the pressure control knob. Select the appropriate setting for your project:
- Low Pressure: Ideal for precision finishes on delicate items like furniture.
- Medium Pressure: Suitable for general coatings on surfaces such as fences.
- High Pressure: Best for rapid painting of large areas like walls.

6.3. Spraying Technique
- Hold the spray gun perpendicular to the surface, maintaining a consistent distance (approx. 25-30 cm).
- Move the gun in smooth, even strokes, overlapping each pass by about 50%.
- Release the trigger at the end of each stroke to avoid paint buildup.

Note: Compatible with standard airless nozzles (11.1 mm shank). Maximum nozzle size: 519.
7. Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and performance of your sprayer.
7.1. Cleaning After Use

Image 7.1: Step-by-step cleaning process for the paint sprayer.
- Decompression: Follow the decompression procedure to release pressure from the system.
- Recover Paint: Recover any residual paint from the system.
- Flush System: Flush the tube and gun with an appropriate cleaning solution (water for latex, mineral spirits for oil-based paints).
- Clean Nozzle: Remove the nozzle and clean it thoroughly to remove any paint residue.
- Clean Pump: Ensure the pump is clean by flushing it with cleaning solution.
- Clean Accessories: Use the provided cleaning brush to clean all accessories.
7.2. Reversible Nozzle
The 180° reversible nozzle allows for quick clearing of clogs. If the nozzle clogs during operation, rotate it 180 degrees to the reverse position and spray briefly to clear the obstruction. Then, return it to the forward spray position.

8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No spray or weak spray | Clogged nozzle, clogged filter, insufficient paint, air in system, low pressure setting. | Clean nozzle (use reversible feature), clean filters, refill paint, prime the sprayer, increase pressure. |
| Uneven spray pattern | Worn nozzle, incorrect pressure, improper spraying technique. | Replace nozzle, adjust pressure, review spraying technique (consistent distance and speed). |
| Sprayer not turning on | No power, tripped circuit breaker, blown fuse. | Check power connection, reset circuit breaker, check and replace fuse (refer to component diagram for fuse location). |
| Leaking from connections | Loose connections, worn seals. | Tighten all connections, inspect and replace seals if necessary. |
