Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your heater, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Heater not turning on | No power, low voltage, or empty fuel tank. | Check power connections, ensure sufficient voltage (12V/24V), and verify fuel level. |
| Reduced heat output | Clogged fuel filter, blocked air intake/exhaust, or incorrect temperature setting. | Clean or replace fuel filter, clear any blockages, and adjust temperature settings. |
| Excessive smoke | Blocked exhaust pipe or improper fuel combustion. | Ensure exhaust pipe is clear and not bent. Check fuel quality. |
| Error codes on LCD | Specific system malfunction (e.g., E1 for low voltage, E3 for other issues). | Refer to the detailed error code section in the full user manual (if available) or contact customer support. |
