3.3 Installation Steps

  1. Mount the Outdoor Unit: Choose a suitable location near your entrance, ensuring the camera has a clear view and the keypad is easily accessible. Secure the unit to the wall using appropriate screws.
  2. Mount the Indoor Monitor: Install the 7-inch monitor inside your home at a convenient height for viewing and interaction.
  3. Install the Magnetic Lock: Mount the magnetic lock on the door frame and the armature plate on the door, ensuring proper alignment for secure locking.
  4. Connect the Power Supply Control: Connect the AC power (110-240V) to the power supply control unit.

  • Unlocking the Door: During a call or while viewing the outdoor unit, press the 'Unlock' button on the monitor to release the magnetic lock.
  • Monitoring: Press the 'Monitor' button to view the outdoor camera feed at any time.

4.2 Access Control Methods (Outdoor Unit)

The outdoor unit supports multiple methods for authorized entry:

  • Fingerprint Unlock: Place a registered fingerprint on the sensor. The system will verify and unlock the door.
  • Key Card (RFID) Unlock: Present a registered 125kHz RFID ID card to the card reader area. The system will verify and unlock the door.
  • Password Unlock: Enter a valid password on the touch keypad, then press '#' to confirm. The system will verify and unlock the door.
  • Remote Unlock: Use the remote transmitter to send an unlock signal to the system. This is typically used for convenient entry from a short distance.
