Setup Instructions
- Clean Components: Before first use, thoroughly clean the stainless steel water tank, top cover, and T-faucet pipe with mild soap and water. Rinse all parts completely.
- Assemble Filter: Place the Activated Carbon Filter into the Filter Case. Insert the Filter Sponge into the designated slot within the Filter Case.
- Install Pump: Attach the Water Pump to the Pump Holder. Ensure the pump is securely seated.
- Place Filter and Pump: Position the assembled Filter Case and Pump Holder into the water tank. The pump's power cord should be routed through the designated channel to prevent pinching.
- Attach T-Faucet: Insert the Metal T-Faucet Pipe into the outlet of the pump, ensuring a snug fit.
- Fill Water Tank: Fill the stainless steel water tank with clean water. Ensure the water level is above the minimum mark (approximately 30% full) and below the maximum fill line. The water level window on the front of the fountain allows for easy monitoring.
- Place Top Cover: Carefully place the Stainless Steel Top Cover onto the water tank, aligning it properly.
- Connect Power: Connect the USB cable from the water pump to the provided Power Adapter, then plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions
- Power On: Once plugged in, the fountain will automatically begin circulating water.
- Water Flow: The T-faucet design provides a continuous stream of water, mimicking natural water sources to encourage pets to drink.
- Dual Outlets: The design allows for two pets to drink simultaneously from the T-faucet.
- Quiet Operation: The 5V pump operates quietly, typically below 30dB, to avoid disturbing pets or household members.
- Water Level Monitoring: Regularly check the water level through the transparent window on the front of the fountain.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity of your fountain and the health of your pet.
Water Refill
- Refill Often: Always keep the water level above 30% or full. The pump can fail if it runs dry. The 3.2L capacity typically provides 7-14 days of hydration, but frequent monitoring is recommended.
Cleaning
- Clean Regularly: Clean the pump, water tank, and drinking basin every 1-2 weeks.
- Dishwasher Safe: The stainless steel parts are dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning.
- Pump Cleaning: Disassemble the pump and clean its components, including the impeller, to prevent mineral buildup and ensure efficient operation.
Filter Replacement
- Activated Carbon Filter: Replace the Activated Carbon Filter every 1-2 weeks when you clean your fountain.
- Filter Sponge: Replace the Filter Sponge every 3-4 weeks, depending on the frequency of use and water quality.
