5. Setup

1. Initial Charge: Charge the device for 2 hours before first use. For subsequent uses, charge for 2 hours after every 2 hours of operation.
2. Attach the Brace: Select the appropriate body part (knee, elbow, or shoulder). Place the massager with the mesh surface facing your skin. Secure the upper and lower straps around the joint by passing them through the metal rings and fastening them with the Velcro. Use the adapting strap for larger areas like the shoulder if needed.

6. Operating Instructions

The device features an intuitive control panel to manage its functions:

• Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button (located on the side of the control panel) to turn the device ON or OFF. The display will light up upon activation.
• Adjust Heat Level: Short press the flame icon button to cycle through 5 heat intensity levels (L0-L5). L0 indicates no heating, while L5 is the highest heat setting (140°F / 60°C).
• Adjust Red Light Mode: Short press the 'M' button to select from 4 red light modes (M0-M3). M0 is constant light, M1 is 2Hz blinking, M2 is 100Hz pulsing, and M3 is 3000Hz pulsing.
• Adjust Vibration Level: Short press the wavy lines icon button to adjust the vibration level (0-3). 0 indicates no vibration.
• Set Timer: Short press the clock icon button to select a session duration of 10, 20, or 30 minutes. The device will automatically turn off when the selected time ends.
• Memory Function: Short press the head icon button to activate or deactivate the memory function. When active, the device will remember your last settings for light intensity, vibration level, and red light mode.
