Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean your mouse, gently wipe its surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the finish.
Battery Replacement
When the battery level is low, the side of the mouse will flash a red light to remind you to replace the batteries. Replace with two fresh AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
Troubleshooting
Mouse Not Responding
- Ensure the mouse is turned on using the On/Off switch on the bottom.
- Check if the USB receiver is securely plugged into your computer's USB port.
- Replace the AAA batteries if the low battery indicator is flashing or if the mouse has been in use for an extended period.
- Try plugging the USB receiver into a different USB port on your computer.
- Restart your computer.
Intermittent Connection
- Ensure the mouse is within the 49ft operating range of the USB receiver.
- Avoid using the mouse on highly reflective or uneven surfaces. The optical sensor works best on consistent surfaces like resin, leather, wood, or fabric.
- Minimize interference from other wireless devices by keeping them at a distance.
