Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off & Basic Recording
The dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle starts. It will power off when the vehicle is turned off.

3. 5GHz Wi-Fi & App Control (Viidure App)
Connect your dash cam to the "Viidure" smartphone app via 5GHz Wi-Fi for faster data transmission. The app allows you to:
- View live video feed.
- Playback recorded footage.
- Manage dash cam settings.
- Download and edit recordings.
- Share content to social media.

4. Voice Control
The dash cam supports voice commands for hands-free operation. Available commands include turning the screen on/off, locking video, starting/stopping video, taking photos, showing specific cameras (front/rear/both), turning audio on/off, and turning Wi-Fi on/off.
5. G-Sensor
The built-in G-sensor automatically detects sudden shakes or collisions. When an incident occurs, the current video segment is locked to prevent it from being overwritten, ensuring critical evidence is preserved.
6. Loop Recording
The dash cam records video in 1/3/5 minute segments. When the SD card is full, the oldest unlocked footage is automatically overwritten by new recordings. Locked emergency videos are protected from overwriting.

7. Night Vision & WDR
Equipped with f/2.0 large aperture, WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) technology, and 4 infrared lights, the dash cam provides clear and color-accurate video in low-light conditions, tunnels, or at night.

8. 24-Hour Parking Mode
When the dash cam detects a collision or motion while parked, it automatically turns on and records a protected video. For continuous 24-hour recording, a hardwire kit (sold separately) is required.

9. Driver Monitoring System (DMS)
The dash cam includes a DMS that can alert you to potential driving fatigue or distraction. It monitors for behaviors such as eyes closing, yawning, smoking, phone calls, distraction, and driver absence. These functions can be individually enabled or disabled in the settings.
10. GPS & Dashboard Function
The built-in GPS provides location and speed data. The dashboard function displays your current speed and direction on the screen.
Maintenance
- SD Card Management: Regularly format the SD card (at least once a month) to ensure optimal performance and prevent data corruption.
- Temperature Guidelines: Avoid exposing the device to high temperatures for extended periods. If the device overheats, disconnect the power and allow it to cool down before further use.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the camera lenses and screen. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Troubleshooting
- Connectivity Issues: Ensure all cables are securely connected. For Wi-Fi connectivity, verify the correct SSID and password for the dash cam's Wi-Fi network.
- Recording Problems: Check if the SD card is properly inserted and formatted. Ensure there is sufficient storage space (loop recording will overwrite old files, but locked files will remain).
- Device Overheating: Disconnect power and allow the device to cool down. Avoid direct prolonged sunlight exposure in hot environments.
- DMS Alarms: If unwanted DMS alarms occur, adjust the sensitivity or disable specific monitoring functions in the settings menu.
