This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your jely Wireless Indoor Outdoor Weather Station. This device offers comprehensive weather monitoring, including indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity, a 5-day weather forecast, and WIFI connectivity for app integration. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure proper functionality and to maximize your user experience.

3. Product Features

• Multifunctional Weather Forecaster: Large 16.7*9.3 cm color screen displaying time, date, indoor/outdoor temperature and humidity, comfort level, 5-day weather forecast, maximum/minimum temperatures, and UV index. Supports up to 3 alarms with snooze function.
• WIFI Wireless Connectivity: Automatically adjusts local date and time and obtains local weather conditions for five days after connecting to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Monitor indoor/outdoor temperature, humidity, and other information via the Tuya Smart APP. (Note: Wi-Fi connection requires adapter power).
• Long-Range Transmission: Supports up to three indoor/outdoor sensors (one outdoor sensor included). Wireless thermometer and hygrometer have a transmission range of up to 100 meters in open areas.

4. Setup

4.1 Initial Power-Up

1. Insert batteries into the outdoor sensor. Ensure correct polarity.
2. Connect the power adapter to the main weather station unit and plug it into a power outlet. Alternatively, insert batteries into the main unit for temporary use (screen will only light up for 15 seconds in battery mode).
3. The main unit will power on and begin searching for the outdoor sensor.

4.2 Sensor Pairing

The outdoor sensor should automatically pair with the main unit upon initial power-up. If pairing does not occur:

• Ensure the outdoor sensor is within range (up to 100 meters in open areas) and has fresh batteries.
• On the outdoor sensor, select the desired channel (CH1, CH2, or CH3). The product package includes one outdoor sensor, typically set to CH1.
• On the main weather station, press and hold the 'Channel' button (refer to button layout in section 5.1) to initiate a manual search for the sensor.

4.3 WIFI Connection (Tuya Smart APP)

To access advanced features and 5-day forecasts, connect your weather station to Wi-Fi via the Tuya Smart app. Note: Wi-Fi connection is only supported when the weather station is powered by the adapter.

1. Download the 'Tuya Smart' app from your smartphone's app store.
2. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is activated.
3. Open the Tuya Smart app and register/log in.
4. On the weather station, press and hold the 'Down' button (B5, located on the right side) for approximately 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi icon on the screen starts blinking. This indicates the station is in pairing mode.
5. In the Tuya Smart app, tap 'Add Device' or the '+' icon. The app should automatically discover the weather station.
6. Follow the on-screen prompts in the app to complete the Wi-Fi connection. Ensure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Display Overview

The main display provides a wealth of information. Refer to the image below for a breakdown of the display elements:

5.2 Time and Date Setting

Once connected to Wi-Fi, the station will automatically synchronize the time and date. Manual adjustment may be available through the Tuya Smart app if needed.

5.3 Alarm Functions

The weather station supports up to 3 alarms with a snooze function. Alarm settings are typically configured via the Tuya Smart app for convenience. Consult the app's interface for specific steps to set and manage alarms.

5.4 Backlight Adjustment

When powered by the adapter, the display backlight can be adjusted to four levels: 10%, 40%, 70%, and 100%. Use the dedicated backlight button (refer to the device's physical buttons) to cycle through the brightness levels.

5.5 Viewing Weather Forecasts

The station displays a 5-day weather forecast, including predicted conditions, high, and low temperatures, and UV index. This information is automatically updated via the Wi-Fi connection.

6. Maintenance

• Clean the display and unit with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Ensure the outdoor sensor is placed in a location protected from direct sunlight and heavy precipitation for accurate readings and longevity.
• Replace batteries in the outdoor sensor and main unit (if used) when the low battery indicator appears.

7. Troubleshooting

• No Display/Power: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected or batteries are correctly inserted and not depleted.
• Outdoor Sensor Not Connecting: Check sensor batteries. Ensure the sensor is within 100 meters of the main unit. Press and hold the 'Channel' button on the main unit to re-initiate pairing.
• Wi-Fi Connection Issues:
  • Ensure the weather station is powered by the adapter, not just batteries.
  • Confirm your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. 5GHz networks are not supported.
  • Activate Bluetooth on your phone during the pairing process.
  • If the Tuya Smart app cannot find the station, press and hold the 'Down' button (B5) on the right side of the station for approximately 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi icon blinks, then try adding the device again in the app.
  • If problems persist, contact customer support.
• Inaccurate Forecasts: Ensure the device is properly connected to Wi-Fi and has a stable internet connection to receive updated forecast data.
