6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your AULA M75 keyboard, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Keyboard not responding / Keys not registering: Ensure the keyboard is properly connected in your chosen mode (wired, 2.4G, or Bluetooth). Check the connection steps in Section 3. If using wireless, ensure the battery is charged. Try restarting the keyboard and re-establishing the connection.
  • Intermittent wireless connection: Move the keyboard closer to the receiver/device. Ensure there are no strong interference sources (e.g., other wireless devices, large metal objects) nearby. Try connecting via wired mode to rule out wireless issues.
  • RGB lighting not working: Check if the lighting is turned off or set to minimum brightness using the Fn key combinations (Section 4.1).
  • Keys registering multiple times or not at all: This could indicate a faulty switch. Utilize the hot-swappable feature (Section 5.2) to replace the problematic switch.
  • Battery not charging: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and a working power source. Try a different USB port or cable.
