Setup and Assembly

  • Start/Stop: Press the green button on the remote or control panel to start the treadmill. Press the red STOP button to halt operation.
  • Speed Adjustment: Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the remote control to increase or decrease the speed. The speed range is 0.6 to 4.0 mph.
  • Pre-set Speeds: Some models may have quick-select buttons (e.g., '3', '4') for instant speed changes.
  • LED Display: The integrated LED display shows important workout metrics including time, speed, distance, and calories burned.
  • Safety Key: The safety key is a crucial safety feature. Attach the clip to your clothing. If the safety key is dislodged, the treadmill will immediately stop.

  • Speed Ranges:
    • Working Mode: 0.6-1.5 mph (suitable for walking while working)

  • Manual Incline: The treadmill features a 5° manually adjustable incline. To adjust, ensure the treadmill is off and unplugged. Locate the incline adjustment points at the rear of the treadmill and follow the instructions in the included tool kit for safe adjustment.
