4. Assembly Instructions

The bluebiko F8P electric bike arrives 95% pre-assembled. The remaining assembly typically takes about 15 minutes and involves installing the following components:

  1. Handlebars: Securely attach the handlebars to the stem using the provided tools. Ensure they are aligned and tightened to prevent movement during riding.
  2. Front Wheel: Install the front wheel, ensuring the disc brake rotor is correctly seated within the caliper. Tighten the axle nuts firmly.
  3. Lights: Attach the front LED headlight and rear taillight. Connect any necessary wiring according to the instructions.
  4. Pedals: Screw the pedals into the crank arms. Note that pedals are typically marked 'L' for left and 'R' for right, and the left pedal often has a reverse thread.

After assembly, double-check all bolts and quick-release levers to ensure they are properly tightened. Refer to the included tool kit for necessary wrenches and hex keys.
