Installation Guide

The APPECK Permanent Outdoor Lights are designed for track-mount installation on linear and irregular structures such as eaves, walls, and courtyards. Follow these steps for proper setup:

1. Prepare the Installation Surface

2. Mount the Lights

3. Peel off the protective film from the LED bulb's adhesive backing.
4. Carefully stick the light to the prepared surface and press firmly for 5 seconds to ensure good contact.
5. For added security, use the provided screws to secure each string light. It is recommended to use 2 screws per light for optimal stability.

3. Connect the Light Strings

• Connect the power supply to the control box.
• Connect the Y-shaped cable to the control box.
• Connect the light strings to the two ends of the Y-shaped cable respectively. This parallel branch configuration is crucial for stable operation and to prevent insufficient power supply or signal interruption.
• Use the waterproof connectors to securely join multiple light strings.

Troubleshooting

1. App Displays "Actual Point 144"

• The "Actual Point 144" displayed in the app refers to the maximum number of lights supported by a single circuit, not the total number of lights in your 400ft set (288 LEDs).
• This branch connection design protects the light strings and controller by preventing insufficient power supply and signal interruption.
• Ensure your light strings are connected in a "parallel branch" configuration using the included Y-shaped connector to ensure all lights turn on and operate stably. Do not connect all light strings to a single circuit.

2. Lights Not Turning On / Partial Illumination

• Check all physical connections, ensuring they are secure and waterproof connectors are properly tightened.
• Verify that the power adapter is correctly plugged into a working outlet.
• Confirm that the Y-shaped connector is used for parallel branching, especially for longer light runs, as connecting too many lights to a single circuit can cause issues.
• If only a section of lights is out, inspect the connections immediately preceding that section.

3. App Connectivity Issues

• Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4G Wi-Fi network during the initial setup and for ongoing control. The app does not support 5G Wi-Fi.
• Restart your Wi-Fi router and try connecting again.
• Make sure the lights are in pairing mode (flashing red) when attempting to connect via the app.

4. Remote Control Not Working
