1. Important Safety Information

Please read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before operating this pressure washer. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.

• Eye Protection: Always wear appropriate eye protection, such as safety goggles, when operating the pressure washer.
• Electrical Safety: Ensure the power outlet is properly grounded. Do not operate the pressure washer in wet conditions or near standing water. Never use the pressure washer if the power cord or plug is damaged.
• Water Connection: Connect the pressure washer to a cold water supply only. Do not use hot water. Ensure all water connections are secure to prevent leaks.

3. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your pressure washer before first use.

1. Attach High-Pressure Hose: Connect one end of the high-pressure hose to the outlet on the pressure washer and the other end to the spray gun. Ensure connections are tight.
2. Connect Water Supply: Attach a standard garden hose (not included) to the water inlet on the pressure washer. Ensure the garden hose is free of kinks and has a minimum diameter of 1/2 inch. If using the siphon hose, connect it to the water inlet and place the filter end into your water reservoir.
3. Attach Spray Wand: Connect the spray wand to the spray gun.
4. Insert Nozzle: Select the desired quick-connect nozzle and insert it into the end of the spray wand until it clicks into place.
5. Connect Power Cord: Plug the pressure washer's power cord into a grounded 120V AC electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Pre-Operation Check

• Ensure all connections are secure.
• Turn on the water supply completely.
• Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to purge air from the system until a steady stream of water emerges.

4.2 Starting the Pressure Washer

1. Ensure the unit is plugged into a grounded outlet.
2. Turn the ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position. The motor will start.
3. Squeeze the spray gun trigger to begin spraying.

4.3 Using Quick-Connect Nozzles

The pressure washer comes with 4 color-coded quick-connect nozzles, each designed for specific tasks:

• 0° Red Nozzle (Pencil Jet): Delivers a concentrated, high-pressure stream for stubborn stains and hard-to-reach areas. Use with extreme caution.
• 15° Yellow Nozzle (Chisel Tip): Provides a powerful, narrow spray for intense cleaning of small areas, such as removing paint or rust.
• 25° Green Nozzle (Fan Spray): Offers a medium-pressure, wider spray for general cleaning of decks, patios, and driveways.
• 40° White Nozzle (Wide Fan Spray): Produces a gentle, wide spray for cleaning delicate surfaces like vehicles, windows, and siding.

4.4 Using the Foam Cannon

The included 500ML foam cannon is ideal for applying detergent to surfaces before pressure washing.

1. Fill the foam cannon reservoir with pressure washer safe detergent.
2. Attach the foam cannon to the spray gun.
3. Squeeze the trigger to apply foam.
4. After applying detergent, remove the foam cannon and attach a suitable nozzle (e.g., 25° or 40°) to rinse the surface.

4.5 Shutting Down the Pressure Washer

1. Turn the ON/OFF switch to the 'OFF' position.
2. Turn off the water supply.
3. Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure in the system.
4. Disconnect the garden hose and power cord.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your pressure washer.

5.1 Cleaning Nozzles

If a nozzle becomes clogged, it can cause the pressure washer to pulsate or lose pressure. Use the provided cleaning needle to clear any debris.

5.2 Water Inlet Filter

The water inlet filter prevents debris from entering the pump. Regularly inspect and clean the filter.

Properly organize the high-pressure hose and power cord after each use to prevent kinks and damage.

5.4 Winterization and Storage

If storing the pressure washer in an area where the temperature may drop below freezing, it is crucial to winterize the unit to prevent damage.

1. Disconnect all water hoses.
2. Turn on the machine for a few seconds to drain any remaining water from the pump. Do not run for more than 5 seconds without water.
3. Store the pressure washer in a dry, frost-free location.
