  2. Attaching the Canopy: Insert the canopy support rods into the designated slots on the wagon frame. Secure the canopy fabric over the rods. The canopy is designed to retract easily with a button press.

  2. Securing Children: Place children in the seats and fasten the 5-point harnesses securely. Adjust straps for a snug fit.
  3. Side Entry Function: Unzip the side panel to create a bench-style entry. This allows children to enter and exit independently. Ensure the secure lock is engaged when the side panel is closed.
  4. Braking: To stop the wagon, press down firmly on the foot brake located on the rear wheels until it locks. To release, lift the foot brake.
  5. Maneuvering: The front wheels swivel 360° for easy steering. The upgraded PVC wheels with a shock-absorbing system provide a smooth ride on various terrains.
  6. Storage: Utilize the two cup holders and one zippered pocket for drinks and small essentials.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: The 600D Oxford fabric can be spot cleaned with mild soap and water. Allow to air dry completely. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
  • Frame: Wipe the alloy steel frame with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
  • Wheels: Periodically check wheels for debris and ensure they rotate freely. Clean any accumulated dirt.
  • Storage: When not in use, fold the wagon and store it in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to prolong its lifespan.

Troubleshooting

Wagon does not fold/unfold smoothly:

Ensure all locking mechanisms are disengaged before folding. Check for any obstructions or trapped fabric. Apply light lubricant to moving joints if necessary.

Wheels are stiff or noisy:

Inspect wheels for debris (e.g., sand, small stones) and remove them. Ensure wheel axles are clean. If noise persists, a small amount of silicone-based lubricant can be applied to the axle points.

Harness is difficult to buckle/unbuckle:

Check for any fabric obstruction or dirt in the buckle mechanism. Ensure all five points are aligned correctly before attempting to buckle.
