1. Safety Information

3. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is designed to be straightforward. It is recommended to have two people for assembly. Ensure you have enough space to work.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Lay them out on a clean, soft surface (like a rug or blanket) to prevent scratches. Verify all components against the parts list.

2. Assemble Headboard: Attach the headboard support legs to the upholstered headboard using the provided hardware. Ensure all bolts are securely tightened but do not overtighten.

3. Connect Side Rails: Attach the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the appropriate bolts. For initial assembly, tighten bolts finger-tight only. Full tightening will occur in the final step.
4. Install Center Support: Assemble and install the center support beam and its legs. Ensure the legs are firmly attached and provide stable support.

5. Place Wooden Slats: Lay the 12 durable wooden slats across the bed frame. Secure them according to the instructions, ensuring they are evenly spaced. Position the included EVA sponge strips on the frame where the slats rest to reduce noise.

6. Assemble and Insert Drawers: Assemble the 4 wire netting drawers. Attach the rollers to the bottom of each drawer. Slide the assembled drawers into their designated positions under the bed frame. Ensure they glide smoothly.

7. Final Tightening: Once all components are in place and aligned, fully tighten all bolts and screws using the provided Allen wrench. Do not overtighten.

4. Operating Instructions

• Adjusting Headboard Height: The upholstered headboard can be adjusted to three different heights, ranging from 39.4 to 45.7 inches. This feature allows for compatibility with mattresses between 8 and 12 inches thick. Adjust the headboard to your desired height by repositioning the support legs before placing the mattress.
• Using Storage Drawers: The bed frame includes four wire netting drawers, each measuring approximately 27.2 inches (L) x 19.7 inches (W) x 5.3 inches (H). These drawers are designed for convenient storage of items such as bed sheets, accessories, or off-season clothing. The integrated rollers ensure easy access and smooth operation. To clean underneath the bed, simply roll the drawers out.

• Mattress Placement: This platform bed frame is designed to be used without a box spring. Place your mattress directly onto the wooden slats. The protruding footboard is designed to effectively prevent the mattress from sliding during use.

5. Maintenance

• Cleaning Upholstery: For the PU leather headboard and frame, gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth. For tougher spots, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by wiping with a clean, damp cloth and drying thoroughly. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the material.
• Frame Inspection: Periodically (e.g., every 3-6 months) inspect all bolts, screws, and connections to ensure they remain tight. Retighten any loose fasteners to maintain the bed frame's stability and prevent creaking or wobbling.
• Drawer Care: Keep the drawer rollers and tracks free of dust and debris to ensure smooth operation. The wire netting design of the drawers allows for easy cleaning. If drawers become stiff, clean the rollers and tracks.
