Key features visible include the air filter housing, the detergent (SOAP) tank, and the main control panel indicating pressure and flow specifications.

  • Engine: Gasoline-powered engine (208cc) providing the necessary power for the pump.
  • Pump: Generates high-pressure water flow (3100 PSI / 214 Bar).
  • High-Pressure Hose: Connects the pump to the spray gun.
  • Spray Gun & Wand: User interface for directing the high-pressure spray.
  • Nozzles: Interchangeable nozzles for various spray patterns and intensities.
  • Detergent Tank (SOAP): Integrated tank for applying cleaning solutions.
  • Air Filter: Protects the engine from dust and debris. Important: Clean air filter every 50 hours of use. Refer to the manual for instructions.

3. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps for initial setup before first use.

  1. Unpack and Assemble: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Assemble the handle, wheels, and any other loose parts according to the diagrams in the full manual.
  2. Add Engine Oil: Ensure the pressure washer is on a level surface. Remove the oil fill cap/dipstick and add the recommended engine oil (refer to the full manual for oil type and capacity) until it reaches the "FULL" mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill.
  3. Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline. Do not overfill. Leave space for fuel expansion. Ensure the fuel cap is securely tightened.
  4. Connect Water Supply: Connect a garden hose (minimum 5/8 inch diameter) to the water inlet on the pump. Ensure the connection is tight. Turn on the water supply completely to purge air from the system.
  5. Connect High-Pressure Hose: Attach one end of the high-pressure hose to the pump's high-pressure outlet and the other end to the spray gun. Hand-tighten securely.
  6. Attach Nozzle: Select the desired nozzle and insert it into the quick-connect collar of the spray wand. Pull back the collar, insert the nozzle, and release the collar to lock it in place. Tug on the nozzle to ensure it is secure.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Starting the Engine

  1. Ensure the water supply is fully open and there are no kinks in the garden hose.
  2. Squeeze the spray gun trigger to purge air from the pump and hose until a steady stream of water emerges. Release the trigger.
  3. Set the engine switch to "ON".
  4. Move the choke lever to the "FULL CHOKE" position (if the engine is cold).
  5. Move the throttle lever to the "FAST" position.
  6. Pull the recoil starter handle slowly until resistance is felt, then pull quickly and firmly. Repeat until the engine starts.
  7. Once the engine starts, gradually move the choke lever to the "RUN" position.

4.2 Using the Pressure Washer

  • With the engine running, squeeze the spray gun trigger to begin spraying.
  • Always start spraying away from the object to be cleaned to assess the pressure and spray pattern.
  • Adjust the distance and angle of the spray gun to prevent damage to surfaces.
  • To apply detergent, ensure the detergent tank (SOAP) is filled with an appropriate pressure washer detergent. Use a low-pressure nozzle (typically black) to activate the detergent injection system.
  • After applying detergent, switch to a high-pressure nozzle and rinse thoroughly.

4.3 Shutting Down

  1. Turn off the engine switch.
  2. Turn off the water supply.
  3. Squeeze the spray gun trigger to relieve any remaining pressure in the system.
  4. Disconnect the garden hose and high-pressure hose.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your pressure washer.

  • After Each Use:
    • Wipe down the unit to remove dirt and debris.
    • Drain any remaining water from the pump and hoses to prevent freezing.
    • Clean nozzles to remove blockages.
  • Every 50 Hours of Use (or Annually):
    • Clean Air Filter: Remove and clean the air filter element. Replace if damaged.
    • Check Engine Oil: Check oil level and condition. Change oil if dirty or after the first 5 hours of use, then every 50 hours.
    • Inspect Spark Plug: Check for wear and proper gap. Clean or replace as needed.
  • Storage:
    • For long-term storage, drain the fuel tank or add a fuel stabilizer.
    • Drain the pump of all water or use a pump protector/antifreeze solution.
    • Store the unit in a clean, dry, and frost-free environment.
