4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Speaker
Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided USB Type-C charging cable to the speaker's Type-C port and the other end to a 5V/2A power adapter (not included). The charging indicator will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours.
4.2 Power On/Off
Press and hold the Power button () for 2-3 seconds to power the speaker on or off. You will hear an audible prompt.
4.3 Bluetooth Pairing
Power on the speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED light.
On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for "Ba-RAD289" in the list of available devices.
Select "Ba-RAD289" to connect. Once connected, the LED light will become solid, and you will hear a confirmation tone.

4.4 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing
To achieve immersive stereo sound, you can pair two Basike Ba-RAD289 speakers:
Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press the TWS button (). The speaker will enter TWS pairing mode.
The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. Once connected, the primary speaker's LED will flash slowly, and the secondary speaker's LED will be solid.
Now, connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in section 4.3.

4.5 Other Connectivity Options
The speaker supports multiple input sources:
AUX Input: Connect an external audio device using the 3.5mm audio cable to the AUX port. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.
USB-A (Pen Drive): Insert a USB flash drive into the USB-A port. The speaker will automatically play audio files from the drive.
TF Card: Insert a TF (microSD) card into the TF card slot. The speaker will automatically play audio files from the card.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Button Functions

5.3 Water Resistance (IPX6)
The speaker is IPX6 water-resistant, meaning it can withstand strong water jets and splashes. It is suitable for outdoor use near water, such as beaches or pools. However, it is not designed to be submerged in water.
