Setup

Installing the M.2 NVMe SSD

Follow these steps to install your M.2 NVMe SSD into the enclosure:

  1. Open the bottom cover: Gently slide the bottom cover of the enclosure in the direction indicated by the "OPEN" arrow until it detaches.
  2. Insert the M.2 SSD: Carefully align your M.2 NVMe SSD with the M-Key slot inside the enclosure and insert it firmly. Secure the SSD in place using one of the provided fixed rubber stoppers.
  3. Apply the thermal pad: Remove both protective films from a thermal pad. Place the thermal pad directly onto the installed M.2 SSD. This helps dissipate heat from the SSD to the aluminum enclosure.
  4. Close the bottom cover: Realign the bottom cover and slide it back into place until it clicks securely.
