1. Introduction

The TizzyToy MT13A Drone is a lightweight, foldable quadcopter designed for ease of use, making it suitable for beginners, adults, and kids. Weighing less than 249g, it does not require FAA registration. Equipped with dual 1080P FHD cameras, it captures clear aerial photos and videos, streaming live to your smartphone via WiFi FPV. Key features include Headless Mode for intuitive control, Altitude Hold for stable flight, and a combined flight time of up to 26 minutes with two included batteries. Its compact design ensures portability for various outdoor activities.

3. Setup

3.1 Battery Installation & Charging

The drone operates with a modular battery that slides directly into the drone's body. The remote control requires 1 AAAA battery (included). Two rechargeable drone batteries are provided, offering extended flight time.

1. Insert the fully charged drone battery into the designated slot on the drone until it clicks securely.
2. Insert 1 AAAA battery into the remote control's battery compartment.
3. To charge the drone batteries, connect the provided USB-C cable to the battery and a compatible USB power adapter. The smart auto power-off feature protects the battery from overcharging.

3.2 Propeller Guard Installation

Attach the propeller guards to the drone's arms to protect the propellers during flight, especially for beginners.

3.3 App Connection

Download the 'MT Drone' app on your smartphone. Power on the drone and remote control, then connect your smartphone to the drone's WiFi network. The app interface will display the live camera feed and flight controls.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off & Calibration

1. Place the drone on a horizontal surface. Turn on the drone power switch, and the lights will flash. The drone is now in standby mode.
2. Turn on the power switch of the remote control and wait for automatic frequency synchronization. After the remote control emits a beep sound, it indicates successful frequency synchronization. At this time, the aircraft lights will remain on.
3. To calibrate, move the left and right control sticks of the remote control simultaneously to the lower left and lower right corners. The drone lights will flash and then remain solid, indicating horizontal calibration is completed.
4. To power off, push the left control stick of the remote controller to the lowest position for 2-3 seconds, and then the drone will shut down.

4.2 Takeoff & Landing

The TizzyToy MT13A features one-key takeoff and landing for simplified operation.

• One-Key Takeoff: Press the one-key takeoff button on the remote control or in the app to automatically launch the drone into a stable hover.
• One-Key Landing: Press the one-key landing button on the remote control or in the app to automatically descend and land the drone gently.

4.3 Flight Modes & Features

• Headless Mode: This mode aligns the drone's controls with your orientation, making it easier to fly without worrying about the drone's front or back direction.

• Altitude Hold: The drone maintains a stable altitude, allowing for steady hovering and easier control, especially for capturing photos and videos.
• 3-Speed Modes: Adjust the flight speed (Low, Medium, High) to match your skill level or desired flight experience.

4.4 Camera Operation

The drone is equipped with dual 1080P FHD cameras with 90° adjustable shock-absorbing lenses for capturing high-quality photos and videos. The WiFi FPV feature allows real-time viewing on your smartphone.

5. Maintenance

• Propeller Replacement: Use the provided screwdriver and spare propellers to replace any damaged blades. Ensure correct orientation of new propellers.
• Battery Care: The drone features smart auto power-off after full charge to protect battery life and prevent overcharging. Always ensure batteries are fully charged before each flight.
• Cleaning: Regularly clean the drone body and propellers to ensure optimal performance.

6. Troubleshooting

• Drone not responding: Ensure the drone and remote control are powered on and properly synchronized. Check battery levels.
• Unstable flight: Perform horizontal calibration as described in the setup section. Check for damaged propellers and replace if necessary.
• No live camera feed: Ensure your smartphone is correctly connected to the drone's WiFi network. Check app settings.
• Short flight time: Ensure batteries are fully charged. Replace old batteries if performance degrades significantly.
