Setup and Installation

The Ezonetronics decoder kit features a non-destructive, plug-and-play installation. There is no need to cut or break original vehicle cables, nor is it necessary to remove the factory screen. Most installation issues arise from incorrect cable connections and settings. Please ensure all functions are working correctly before fully reassembling your vehicle's dashboard.

DIP Switch Settings

Adjust the DIP switch settings on the decoder box according to your specific Mercedes Benz model and screen size. Ensure the button is set to 'ON' as indicated. After making any changes to the DIP settings, restart the device to apply them.

Multi-Controls & Voice Control

Retain the intuitive user experience with four control modes: the original iDrive rotary knob, multi-function steering wheel buttons for music and calls, the touchscreen (if equipped), and voice control. Activate voice commands like "Hey Siri" or "Hey Google" for navigation, music requests, or calls without taking your hands off the wheel.
