Troubleshooting
Dash Cam Not Powering On
- Check the power connection to the cigarette lighter or hardwire kit.
- Ensure the vehicle's ignition is on if not using the hardwire kit's constant power.
- Verify the hardwire kit's fuses are correctly installed and not blown.
Recording Issues
- Ensure a compatible microSD card is inserted and properly formatted.
- Check if the memory card is full; enable loop recording or format the card.
- If videos are not saving, the G-sensor sensitivity might be too high, causing too many locked files. Adjust settings.
Poor Video Quality
- Clean the camera lenses.
- Ensure the protective film has been removed from the lenses.
- Check dash cam settings for resolution and exposure.
Wi-Fi Connection Problems
- Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on both the dash cam and your smartphone.
- Restart both devices.
- Ensure you are within range of the dash cam's Wi-Fi signal.
