ONETWOFIT 42/45 inch Rebounder Trampoline for Adults - Instruction Manual

Model: Fitness trampoline

1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the ONETWOFIT Rebounder Trampoline. This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your new fitness equipment. Please read it thoroughly before use and retain it for future reference.

2. Important Safety Information

3. Package Contents

Please verify that all components are present and undamaged before proceeding with assembly. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact ONETWOFIT customer support.

4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly requires careful attention and some physical effort. It is recommended that two people assemble the trampoline to ensure safety and ease of installation. A special tool is included to assist with bungee cord attachment.

4.1. Attaching the Legs

  1. Carefully unfold the trampoline frame on a clean, flat surface.
  2. Identify the six support legs. Each leg has an anti-slip rubber cap.
  3. Screw each leg securely into the designated sockets on the trampoline frame. Ensure they are tightened completely.

4.2. Attaching the Bungee Cords (Jumping Mat)

The jumping mat comes with bungee cords already attached. These cords need to be secured to the trampoline frame. This step requires significant tension and the use of the provided tool.

  1. Lay the jumping mat in the center of the trampoline frame.
  2. Locate the bungee cords and the corresponding attachment points (knobs) on the frame.
  3. Important: To ensure even tension and ease of assembly, attach the bungee cords in a criss-cross or alternating pattern, rather than sequentially around the frame. Start with two opposite corners, then the other two opposite corners, and then fill in the remaining sides by alternating.
  4. Use the provided tool to hook the bungee cord loops over the frame knobs. Insert the untapered end of the tool through the bungee loop, pull it back to create leverage, and then guide the loop over the knob.
  5. Continue this process until all bungee cords are securely attached to the frame.

4.3. Attaching the Handrail

  1. Insert the lower part of the handrail into the designated slot on the trampoline frame.
  2. Secure the handrail using the provided knob. Tighten it firmly.
  3. Adjust the height of the handrail to your preference (36 in-50 in / 92CM-127CM) by loosening the knob, sliding the upper section to the desired height, and then re-tightening the knob.
