Setup Instructions

Connect Power Adapter: Insert the USB-C end of the provided charging cable into the USB-C port on the X40 Turbo charging station. Plug the other end of the cable into the provided 45W USB-C GaN Adapter, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
Unfold the Charger: Gently unfold the charging station to your desired configuration. It can be used in a flat mode or an upright stand mode for optimal viewing.
Placement: Place the charging station on a stable, flat surface.

Operating Instructions

Charging Your Devices

For iPhone (Magnetic Charging Pad): Align your compatible iPhone (iPhone 12-17 series) with the magnetic charging pad. The strong N52 magnets will ensure precise alignment. Charging will begin automatically.
For Apple Watch (Watch Charging Module): Place your Apple Watch on the dedicated watch charging module. Ensure the watch is properly seated for charging to initiate.
For AirPods (Base Charging Pad): Place your AirPods (with wireless charging case) on the base charging pad.

The charging station allows simultaneous charging of all three devices. An LED indicator (if present, refer to product for specific location) typically illuminates to confirm charging status.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Solution
Device not charging.	Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the wall outlet and the charging station. Verify that you are using the provided 45W USB-C GaN Adapter and cable. Check if your device is properly aligned on the charging pad (especially for magnetic charging). Remove any thick phone cases that might interfere with wireless charging. Restart the charging station by unplugging and re-plugging the power adapter.
Slow charging.	Ensure your device supports fast wireless charging and is compatible with Qi2.2. Confirm you are using the provided 45W GaN adapter, as lower wattage adapters may result in slower charging. Avoid charging in excessively hot environments, as this can trigger thermal protection and slow down charging.
LED indicator not working.	Check power connection. If the device is charging correctly despite the LED, contact customer support.
Device gets warm during charging.	It is normal for wireless chargers and devices to become slightly warm during charging. If the device becomes excessively hot, remove it immediately and contact customer support. Ensure adequate ventilation around the charging station.
