1. Product Overview

The Mytrix PC Controller is a versatile multi-platform gaming controller designed for an enhanced gaming experience. It features Hall Effect joysticks and triggers, multiple connection modes, and customizable options, all supported by a convenient charging dock.

2. Setup

Initial Charging:

It is recommended to fully charge the controller before first use.

1. Connect one USB-C cable to the charging dock and a power source.
2. Place the controller onto the charging dock. The controller's RGB lighting will indicate charging status.

Connecting the Wireless Receiver:

For 2.4G wireless connection, the receiver can be stored and connected via the charging dock.

1. Open the compartment at the bottom of the charging dock.
2. Insert the 2.4G wireless receiver into the designated slot.
3. Connect the charging dock to your PC using a USB-C cable to reduce wireless interference and achieve a higher report rate.

Connection Modes:

The controller supports three connection methods:

• Wired: Connect the controller directly to your device using a USB-C cable.
• Bluetooth: Pair the controller wirelessly with compatible devices (Switch, iOS, Android, PC).
• 2.4G Wireless: Use the included wireless receiver for a stable connection, primarily for PC.

Platform Switching:

Use the back platform switch button to seamlessly connect to PC, Switch, iOS, or Android devices.

3. Operating Instructions

Hall Effect Joysticks:

The controller features Hall Effect joysticks designed for superior precision, zero dead zones, and long-lasting durability, preventing stick drift.

2-in-1 Hall/Micro Triggers:

The triggers can switch between two types: Hall linear triggers for precise control in racing games and micro triggers for faster response times in shooting games.

• Hall Linear: Offers 8mm long travel for nuanced input.
• Micro Switch: Provides 0.7mm short travel for rapid actuation.

Customizable Buttons and D-Pad:

• Macro Keys: Four fully functional macro keys on the back of the controller can be programmed for custom commands.
• Replaceable Joysticks: Swap between high and low thumbsticks to suit your preference and game type.
• Replaceable D-Pad: Choose from Cross, Disc, or Hybrid D-Pad options.
• ABXY Micro Switches: Mechanical micro switches for quick and tactile button responses.

Motion Control and Gyroscope:

The six-axis gyroscope supports native Nintendo Switch console games. It can also map joystick input to the gyroscope, enabling motion control functionality for FPS games on PC, iOS, Android, and Steam.

RGB Lighting:

The controller features personalized RGB lighting with 7 colors and 3 lighting modes (Mixed, Breathing, Fixed).

Turbo Function:

Activate the 3-speed Turbo function for rapid button presses (8, 16, or 21 shots/s).

Button Layout Switching:

To switch between Switch layout and Xbox layout, press and hold the "B" + "VIEW" + "MENU" combination keys.

Keylinker APP Customization:

Utilize the Keylinker APP (available on App Store and Google Play) to customize all buttons, triggers, joysticks, vibration, turbo settings, and macros.

4. Maintenance

Charging:

The controller features a 1000mAh battery. Place it on the smart charging dock for convenient charging. The dock supports smart wake-up and quick reconnection.

Storage:

When not in use, store the controller in the provided custom storage bag to protect it from dust and damage. The wireless adapter can be stored within the charging dock.

Cleaning:

Wipe the controller and charging dock with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

5. Troubleshooting

• Controller not connecting: Ensure the controller is charged. Verify the correct connection mode (Wired, Bluetooth, 2.4G) is selected on the back switch. For Bluetooth, ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and the controller is in pairing mode. For 2.4G, ensure the wireless receiver is properly inserted into the device or charging dock connected to the device.
• Input lag or unresponsiveness: For wireless connections, ensure you are within range of the receiver/device. Reduce potential interference from other wireless devices. For wired connections, ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected.
• Audio jack not working: The audio headphone jack requires a wired connection to the console or PC to function. Ensure the controller is connected via USB-C to your device.

• Macro keys not functioning: Ensure the macro keys are properly programmed using the Keylinker APP.
